Hello, residents! As we mark another year in our community: 638-640 rue Pouliot Laval, our annual fire safety inspection on September 8, 2025, was a complete success.
Certified professionals from Alarm Bell, compliant with Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) standards, thoroughly tested all systems – from apartment and common area fire alarms to extinguishers, emergency lights, smoke detectors, and panels.
Everything passed with flying colors, meeting all building codes and City of Laval Fire Department rules.
